Can supports happen both in-home and out in the community?

Absolutely. Support can happen at home, out in the community, or a mix of both, it’s guided by what you want to do.

Can I choose my support worker?

Yes. Matching matters to us, we take time to match you with a support worker who suits your personality, goals, and preferences.

Do you provide personal care?

No. We focus on everyday living, social and community participation, and practical supports, not personal or clinical care.

What if the support worker isn't the right fit?
Can I change supports?

Yes, we’re flexible and adjust supports as your needs evolve over time.

Are your workers qualified and screened?

Yes. All support workers meet NDIS requirements including First Aid & CPR, NDIS Screening checks, Police Check and much more.
